Is Pistachio Milk a Good Source of Calcium?

Why unfortified pistachio milk is low in calcium

Because a glass of pistachio milk is mostly water. A cup contains only a fraction of an ounce of nuts, so the calcium carried over from the pistachios alone is small, on the order of a few tens of milligrams per cup at most. The big limit: this only applies to products that are actually fortified, and the amount varies by brand and even by line within a brand. Sweetened, unsweetened and barista versions can differ.
